Scheduling YOUR Appointment
01
NEW PATIENTS
New Patient appointments are 50-60 minutes long. This will give us time to discuss what you're looking for; Is that more maintenance/wellness type care to deal with aches and tension OR is there a specific injury or condition you want to focus in on? We will go through a history, physical exam, and discuss your best course of action. And don't worry we will definitely get to TREATMENT.
02
TREATMENT
Treatment will consist of deep tissue massage, chiropractic adjustments, and therapeutic exercise. While we can utilize all of these methods - if one is not right for you we will tailor care in a manner that works well for your body while still getting results.
03
PAYMENT OPTIONS
At this time I DO NOT directly bill insurance (except PIP & Medicare). I will accept cash, card or Venmo. You can also use your HSA. If you do have out of network benefits through your insurance carrier I can provide you with a superbill - you can submit this to your insurance company for reimbursement. What is a superbill?

ABOUT

Dr. Samantha Clevenger, a Pacific Northwest native and graduate of the University of Western States began practicing in January of 2019. Prior to this she spent close to a decade working as a massage therapist. Her chiropractic career began in a family practice in Camas, WA with Dr. Trista Darling. Here Dr. Clevenger honed her adjusting and gentle joint mobilizations skills - she also learned how to utilize her massage therapy background effectively in short treatment blocks. The past few years she was in a practice with a strong myofascial release focus and rehabilitation component - getting the chance to work with and learn from Dr. Michael Neely. In this setting she was able to treat many different body and patient types, as well as various sports and musculoskeletal injuries from head to toe. Her diagnostic and care management skills have grown even stronger during this time, and she is excited to continue to learn and meet new challenges head on.
“It is important that each patient I work with receive individualized care. The human body is this amazing piece of machinery and it is my goal to help you function at your highest and healthiest level.”

Outside of work Dr. Clevenger enjoys keeping up with a daily yoga and walk, her old man puppy Tuco, and reading. She grew up in Hoquiam, WA and is a PNW gal through and through. She likes finding and coming back to great swimming holes and walking spots, live music, oyster shooters, and adventuring with her partner, Brandon.
